Using the sidebar, navigate to 'Admin' > 'Pupil accounts'.
👤 Step 1: Pupils
Once on the pupils page, click 'Add pupils'. Add your pupils’ names, surnames and passwords.
You can use any password you want. If you are planning on using the same password for all pupils, we recommend copying and pasting this password into the respective fields to save time. You can change pupil passwords from the platform at any time.
After activating your school's account, you will need to add your pupils' profiles to the platform.
You can add your pupils individually or multiple pupils at once.
🔑 Step 2: Accounts
In this step, we show you the automatically generated usernames and the pupil passwords.
We recommend you download the PDF before moving onto the next step, to get a copy of your pupil’s account information and help you hand out the login details on the day of sessions.
For security reasons, we won’t display the pupil’s passwords anywhere on the platform after this point, so this is your chance to conveniently download a copy of the passwords.
📚 Step 3: Education
In this step, you will be selecting the year pupils are in, and their working level in that year.
This information will help you in the following step to decide what programme to assign the pupil on.
📝 Step 4: Programme
In this step, you'll need to select the pupils from the list and assign them to your chosen programme.
All programmes offered by Third Space Learning come with a kick off quiz for the pupil to be completed, which helps diagnose gaps to be addressed during the lessons with their tutor.
Any pupils who are not assigned a programme will not appear in the following step, and you will have to come back to assigning them a programme before they can be assigned to a session.
💬 Optional Step: Tutor comment
You don’t have to add a tutor comment to all pupils. If there is any message you want to pass on to the pupil’s tutor, you can add it by clicking on the button 'Add comment'. You will be able to add and change tutor comments from the platform at any time.
By clicking on 'Save profiles' you add these pupils to the platform, and you will be able to assign them to sessions.
