🔑 Where can I find my pupil’s passwords?

For security reasons, Third Space Learning doesn’t store or display pupil passwords on the platform. During the pupil account creation process, you will be able to download a PDF with your added pupils’ passwords visible.

If your pupils have forgotten their passwords, we recommend setting new ones and downloading the PDF with the new passwords.

🔑 Resetting pupil passwords

You can change passwords for one pupil, or for a group at the same time. Whenever you change a password, a PDF with the new login details is downloaded when you click save. Here's how to change pupil passwords:

1. Go to your Pupil Accounts page

On the sidebar, click on 'Admin' > 'Pupil Accounts'

2. Find the pupils you want to update

Use the year group dropdown to filter the list, or search for a pupil by name.

3. Tick the pupils you want to update

Use the checkboxes on the left hand side to select pupils individually, or use the tick box in the header row to select every pupil shown on the page.

Once you've selected at least one pupil, an options bar will appear above the list. Click 'Change passwords'.

4. Enter the new passwords, or generate them automatically

Type a password for each pupil, or click 'Generate passwords for me' and we'll create passwords automatically. You can edit any generated password before you save.

5. Click 'Save & Download PDF'

Your pupils' new login details will download as a PDF straight away. Print it or save it somewhere safe - we won't be able to show you these passwords again.
