For security reasons, Third Space Learning doesn’t store or display pupil passwords on the platform. We recommend that you view pupil passwords during the pupil account creation process, where you will be able to download a PDF with your added pupils’ passwords visible.

Since we can’t display the password, we recommend the pupil’s password is changed to something memorable before it is forgotten.

1. On the sidebar, click on 'Admin' > 'Pupil Accounts'

2. Beside each pupil's name, there are three dots. Click these and click 'Edit account'.

3. You can then click 'Reset password'. Don't forget to click save to save your changes!
