​Note: Before you can assign students to a session, you need to have created the student accounts and assigned them to a program.

1. Go to the 'Sessions' page using the sidebar:

2. You will see a list of all sessions happening in the current or upcoming week. For each session there will be an 'Assign students' button. Click it.

3. From the dropdown, select the students you want to assign to this session time. The students will be assigned to all sessions with this session time (e.g. All Mondays at 9:30am)

You can only select students up to the maximum of spaces available for that session (for example, if your school has booked 5 spaces on Mondays at 9:30am, you can only select 5 students for that session).

If you can’t see a student in the dropdown list to assign to a session, this could be because:

You can go to the 'Student accounts' page to create an account. If the student already has an account but isn’t enrolled in a program, you will see a warning icon next to their name and a button labelled 'Complete profile'.

Return to the 'Sessions' page to assign them to a session once the above is complete.

This message simply means that there is room to assign one more student to the chosen session time. You might see this message when you haven’t filled in all sessions with students at the beginning of the academic year, or if throughout the year you have increased your booking for a specific session time.

You can add any new students who you feel would benefit at any point in the year without having to find extra budget – it’s all included in the fixed annual cost. Simply contact us and we will be happy to help.
