What are Post-Session Questions (PSQs)?

At the end of each session, we ask pupils a few short questions independently. Pupils will be asked questions related to the Learning Objective(s) they've covered with their tutor in that session, as well as Learning Objectives they've not yet covered. This helps us understand both how well they've understood the content of the lesson, and which Learning Objectives they still need to cover in the future.

Note: If a pupil's PSQs do not appear at the end of their session, it will be due to them not completing a Learning Objective during their session.

Why should pupils complete their Post-Session Questions?

PSQs help pupils consolidate their learning, help you understand how they got on with their tutor, and help us continuously personalise their learning to their current gaps and misconceptions. We recommend you encourage your pupils to complete these as often as possible.

When should pupils complete their Post-Session Questions?

PSQs are only available for 24 hours after each session, so we recommend doing them as soon as their tutor has left the session but whilst they're still sitting at their computer, while the content is still fresh in their minds.

Where can I see which questions have been asked and how they've been answered?

You can see the details about each pupil's PSQs in each of their individual session reports. You can view session reports by clicking 'Session reports' on your sidebar, beneath 'Reports'.

Once in the Session Report, you'll be able to click on each pupil's profile to see how they got on with their PSQs.
