There are several different reports available to help you understand your pupils’ progress throughout the intervention. These can be found in sidebar on the platform.
This article breaks down the purpose of each, as well as how to use and download the data.
Overview report
The Overview report page provides a high-level look at your pupils' metrics, with the ability to click and 'zoom in' on individual pupils. Using the Overview report page, you can:
📈 Compare your pupils' scores from the start and end of the programme
% See the percentage of attended sessions for the academic year
🎯 Get a sense of how much content is being covered in each session
🧠 See statistics for overall pupil engagement and average enjoyment
Just click 'Print overview' to download and print a summary.
Click into each box for more detailed reports:
Pupil Reports
The Pupil Reports page shows you:
The learning objectives completed per pupil
Their total attended sessions
You can click on each pupil to see this data on an individual basis and download their progress report.
Session Reports
Use this page to see your pupils' attendance at each session, as well as clicking into each individual session to see:
The objectives covered in the session
The results of your pupils' post-session questions
Feedback from their tutor on their engagement during the session
Pupils' response to how useful the session was and how much they enjoyed it
Quiz Reports
The Quiz Reports page provides an overview of each of your Third Space Learners' kick off quiz and progress quiz results.
You can click on each individual pupil for a more detailed look at their performance on the quizzes and see any outstanding gaps.
You can download and print these results by clicking the 'Print results' button.
