πŸͺ What is the programme end quiz?

This is our interactive end of programme assessment. It is completed independently by pupils, outside of their scheduled one to one sessions. Pupils will not need a headset to complete the programme end quiz, but we do recommend they have a pen and paper to hand.

πŸͺ When can pupils complete the programme end quiz?

For the best insight into your pupils' progress, we recommend pupils complete the programme end quiz once they have finished their last Third Space Learning session. However, if you need to or would prefer to complete it sooner than this, it will be available in the Third Space Learning platform once a pupil has completed 6 or more sessions.

Why should pupils complete the programme end quiz?

  • It assesses your pupils on the Learning Objectives your pupils have covered with their tutors to help you see how they’ve progressed through the curriculum

  • You can compare the results with the kick off quiz to understand the impact the sessions have had on each individual pupil

πŸͺ How long does the programme end quiz take to complete?

The programme end quiz takes around 30 minutes to complete.

πŸͺ How do I view my pupils' end of programme assessment reports?

To view your pupils' initial assessment reports, head to the Quiz Reports page where you can click into each pupil's profile to see and print the results of all their quizzes.

πŸͺ What content will pupils be assessed on?

Pupils will be asked questions on the Learning Objectives that were initially identified as gaps and have been covered in their sessions. This gives you the most accurate insight into their learning with their tutors and the progress they've made towards plugging their learning gaps, rather than assessing content not covered in the sessions.

πŸͺ Will the programme end quiz give me a level or age-related score for my pupils?

The programme end quiz is designed to give you an insight into whether a pupil is able to independently answer questions on the specific Learning Objectives they have covered with their tutor over the term. As such, because each pupil's assessment is different based on the content they've covered, we don't provide a standardised score or working-at level once pupils have completed the programme end quiz. We recommend that you use the insights from the Progress Reports alongside your own in-school and teacher assessments to gain a complete picture of your pupils' working levels at the end of the programme or year.
