We provide every school with a headset for each pupil. We do understand that sometimes they break and need to be replaced.
If you are experiencing frequent audio issues, we would recommend you book a call with a member of the team. Usually, if you are experiencing issues with audio (particularly across multiple headsets), it's not a problem with the headset and we just need to fix your settings. You can see our top audio troubleshooting steps here.
If you would like to request new headsets due to them being faulty, or if you have additional pupils, please complete the form below and we will arrange new ones to be sent to your school.
Note: Any USB headsets with a microphone attached can be used for Third Space Learning sessions.
