🔑 Where can I find my student's passwords?
For security reasons, Third Space Learning doesn’t store or display student passwords on the platform. We recommend that you view student passwords during the student account creation process, where you will be able to download a PDF with your added students’ passwords visible.
🔑 Resetting students passwords
Since we can’t display the password, we recommend the student's password is changed to something memorable before it is forgotten.
1. On the sidebar, click on 'Admin' > 'Student Accounts'
2. Beside each student's name, there are three dots. Click these and click 'Edit account'.
3. You can then click 'Reset password'. Don't forget to click save to save your changes!
