🔑 Where can I find my student's passwords?

For security reasons, Third Space Learning doesn’t store or display student passwords on the platform. During the student account creation process, you will be able to download a PDF with your added students’ passwords visible.

If your students have forgotten their passwords, we recommend setting new ones and downloading the PDF with the new passwords.

🔑 Resetting students passwords

You can change passwords for one student, or for a group at the same time. Whenever you change a password, a PDF with the new login details is downloaded when you click save. Here's how to change student passwords:

1. On the sidebar, click on 'Admin' > 'Student Accounts'

2. Find the students you want to update

Use the grade dropdown to filter the list, or search for a student by name.

3. Check the students you want to update

Use the checkboxes on the left hand side to select students individually, or use the checkbox in the header row to select every student shown on the page.

Once you've selected at least one student, an options bar will appear above the list. Click 'Change passwords'.

4. Enter the new passwords, or generate them automatically

Type a password for each student, or click 'Generate passwords for me' and we'll create passwords automatically. You can edit any generated password before you save.

5. Click 'Save & Download PDF'

Your students' new login details will download as a PDF straight away. Print it or save it somewhere safe - we won't be able to show you these passwords again.
