We recommend you don't permanently delete student profiles from your school's account as we won't be able to retrieve any past data including progress reports. By choosing to archive student profiles, you will keep their data but remove them from your student lists.
Go to the 'Student Accounts' page using the sidebar
Click the three dots beside the student's name that you'd like to archive
Scroll down on the student's profile popup
Select 'Archive student' and click 'Save'
Unfortunately, you cannot do this in bulk so if you'd like to archive multiple students, you will need to go into each profile individually and complete the above steps to make the profile inactive.
