You can decide at any point that you'd like to replace or swap students. For example, at the end of a semester you might want to swap to a younger cohort. Or, you may need to swap a student out of a session as a one-off. This article explains how to do both.
👥 2 steps to replace students
Click the 'Replace students' button on the Sessions page and select the student profiles you want to replace. This will unassign them from sessions and the timeslot will show how many spaces you now have to fill.
To add new students to the session, click 'Assign students' and select the student profiles you want to replace them with.
This will replace the students for all future sessions. You can replace students in advance by clicking ahead in the calendar to future weeks.
👤 Swap a student as a one-off
To swap one student for a session as a one-off, click 'Swap student' by their name on the Sessions page.
