There are few things to note when setting up your tutoring space:
Each pupil should have their own device. Sessions work best on a laptop or computer
Each pupil should have their own headset with microphone. Headsets similar to gaming headsets are the most effective at cancelling out background noise and picking up the students voice.
Pupils should be spaced out as far as possible to avoid background noise and the number of students in the room kept to a 15 student maximum.
Bookmark student.thirdspacelearning.com on student devices so they can easily find where to log in.
Pupils should have their log in details to hand. They have a student ID and password which have been set by the member of staff who created their accounts. (navigate to Admin -> Pupil Accounts -> Download log in details if you need to find these)
