After SATs or GCSEs, you might want to swap a new cohort into Third Space Learning tutoring sessions. Or, you may need to swap a pupil out of a session as a one-off. This article explains how to do both.
👥 2 steps to replace pupils
Click the 'Replace pupils' button on the Sessions page and select the pupil profiles you want to replace. This will unassign them from sessions and the timeslot will show how many spaces you now have to fill.
To add new pupils to the session, click 'Assign pupils' and select the pupil profiles you want to replace them with.
This will replace the pupils for all future sessions. You can replace pupils in advance by clicking ahead in the calendar to future weeks.
👤 Swap a pupil as a one-off
To swap one pupil for a session as a one-off, click 'Swap pupil' by their name on the Sessions page.
