The SATs Programme is available for Year 6 pupils from the start of the spring term in January until SATs week to help pupils, revise and practise for KS2 SATs.

There are 20 lessons throughout the programme to prepare your pupils for their SATs. Each SATs revision lesson is prioritised by their likely impact in the exams; a triangulation of how difficult each topic is, how many marks it is likely to be worth, and how likely it is to appear. This is identified by analysis of past papers, QLA data and data from the tens of thousands of pupils who have been through our SATs Programme.

SATs revision Learning Objectives begin with a fluency warm up, followed by scaffolded questions to help pupils revise the topic.

For pupils who finish all 20 lessons, there is a follow on programme that goes to the next highest impact lessons for SATs.

For pupils using the SATs Programme, youโ€™ll be able to see the list of lessons alongside their likely impact and how secure each pupil is with its content, according to the results of their initial assessment and Post-Session Questions. Each week youโ€™ll need to select which lessons youโ€™d like your pupils to move onto next ahead of time.

We recommend the SATs Programme for Year 6 pupils working at least Year 5 level.
