You'll get a notification when you have credits to use

Credit sessions are given when sessions are cancelled more than 24 hours in advance or if there's a reason why the session has not been able to run as planned, such as technical issues. These credits are applied to the school's account for you to book replacement sessions at a later date.

If you have credits available to you, you should see in your notifications section a link on your homepage to 'Use credits to book sessions'.

If you click on this link, it will take you to the credits page where you will be able see;

πŸ”΅ Total number of session credits to use
πŸ”΅ Total number of timeslots booked using credits
πŸ”΅ Total number of credits yet to be booked

You will then be able to book all your credited sessions at a time that suits you best on our live availability calendar. Once you have done this, please don't forget to assign pupils to your chosen timeslot on the 'Plan session' page.
