How to give members of staff full access to Third Space Learning

Any staff member added to the platform will have immediate access to the one to one intervention and Maths Hub resources β€” whether or not they're involved with tutoring.

πŸ‘₯ To add a new staff member:

  1. Navigate to β€˜Admin’ and then 'Staff accounts' in the sidebar

  2. Click β€˜Add staff'

  3. Fill out their details

The newly added staff member will receive an activation email. If the activation email hasn’t been received, it might be because it is in the junk/spam folder.

⛔️ To delete a staff member:

Click the pencil icon beside the member of staff to edit their details or delete them.
